About Me
I am Kinya Nina Gitonga, founder of Sound Mental Health, an initiative dedicated to strengthening mental health awareness and community resilience.
With an MSc in Clinical Psychology from the University of Nairobi, I blend my professional expertise with a passion for writing and training. I’ve authored books, facilitated wellness trainings, and spoken on platforms where mental health advocacy makes a meaningful impact.
